Track your order

To track a AimsCraft parcel you need two things: the order ID from your confirmation email — it looks like AIM-2026-10315 — and the email address or phone number used at checkout. No account and no password are required. Tracking goes live six to eight hours after the parcel leaves our Srinagar packing room.

We only use this to confirm the parcel is yours. It is never stored by this page.

How long does delivery take?

Most AimsCraft orders reach an Indian address in two to five working days. Everything is dispatched from Srinagar within 24 hours of payment, the North East and the island territories take three to seven working days, and international orders take six to twelve working days by DHL Express. Made-to-order pieces add the lead time printed on their product page.

Working-day delivery windows by region, from a AimsCraft order placed before 4pm IST.

Full terms are on the shipping page.

What each status actually means

A AimsCraft order has five stages and never skips one. If a status has not changed for more than 48 working hours, that is worth a message to us; anything inside 48 hours is normal.

The five stages, in the order every parcel passes through them.

Tracking questions

Where do I find my order ID?

It is the first line of the confirmation email, printed as three letters, the year, then five digits — AIM-2026-10315, for example. The same number appears on the invoice PDF, on the packing slip inside the box, and under Orders in your account. Any SMS we send about the parcel quotes it too. Capital letters are not required when you type it in.

Tracking has not moved for two days — is my parcel lost?

Almost never. Kashmir’s road and air links close for weather more often than the rest of India, and a parcel sitting in a hub scans only when it moves between facilities, so a two-day gap is routine in winter. Anything past 48 working hours with no scan is worth reporting; message us with the AWB and we will raise it with the carrier the same day.

Can I change the delivery address after the order has shipped?

Not through the website. Once the courier has scanned the parcel the address is locked into their system. Within the same city a redirect is sometimes possible if you phone us before the first delivery attempt, and we will call the carrier on your behalf. Across cities the parcel has to come back to us and go out again, which restarts the transit clock.

What happens if nobody is home when the courier arrives?

The agent calls the number on the order first. If there is no answer they attempt delivery twice more on the following working days, then hold the parcel at the local hub for four days before returning it to Srinagar. A returned parcel is refunded in full — we do not charge a failed-delivery fee — and we will happily send it out again.

How do I track an international order?

The same way: order ID plus the email you checked out with. International parcels move on a DHL Express waybill, and this page shows the same waybill number DHL uses, so you can paste it into their site for hub-level scans. Duties and taxes are collected by DHL at delivery and are not included in the total shown here.
