Why create an account
An account changes nothing about what you can buy or what it costs. What it changes is the admin: addresses are saved, every parcel is trackable from one screen, returns start with a button instead of an email, and gift-card balances stop living in your inbox.
- Every parcel on one screen AWB numbers, courier status and delivery photographs for each order, kept for eight years alongside the invoice.
- Addresses you type once Save home, office and as many gift addresses as you need, each with its own delivery instructions and pin-code serviceability check.
- Returns without a phone call Start a return or exchange from the order itself. Free reverse pickup in serviceable pin codes, usually collected within 48 hours.
- A wishlist that follows you Saved on the account rather than in one browser, so a coat you found on your phone is waiting on your laptop.
- First pick of the winter cloth Hand-loomed tweed and raffal come off the looms in small runs from October. Account holders get the restock note before the collection goes live.
- Gift-card balances in one place Balance, expiry and transaction history for every card, applied automatically at checkout instead of retyped from an email.

Questions before you sign up
What does a AimsCraft account actually cost?
Nothing. There is no membership fee, no minimum spend and no paid tier. The account is a record of your orders, addresses and wishlist, plus the ability to start a return without emailing anyone. Free shipping still depends on the order value, not on having an account: it begins at ₹1,499 either way.
Why do you ask for a mobile number as well as an email address?
Couriers in India call before a doorstep attempt, and a wrong number is the single biggest cause of a failed delivery. The number also carries the six-digit codes used to sign in without a password and to authorise a refund to a new bank account. We never use it for marketing calls.
What makes a strong enough password here?
Eight characters is the floor, and the meter turns green at twelve characters with a mix of upper and lower case, a digit and a symbol. Length beats complexity: four unrelated words are stronger and easier to remember than a short scramble. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash, so nobody at AimsCraft can read yours.
Will you email me constantly if I tick the marketing box?
No. The list sends roughly two emails a month: one when a weaving run or a new cut lands, one seasonal edit. Order confirmations, dispatch notices and delivery updates are transactional and arrive whether or not you tick the box. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe that takes effect immediately.
I have already ordered as a guest. Will those orders show up?
Yes, provided you sign up with the same email address the guest orders were placed on. Matching orders attach themselves to the account within a few minutes, complete with invoices, tracking history and the return window still running from the original delivery date. Orders placed on a different address can be merged by our care desk.
Can I open a corporate account for bulk gifting?
Yes. Create a normal account first, then add your GSTIN under billing details and the invoice is issued with itemised HSN codes. For orders above fifty units the bulk desk raises a proforma invoice before payment and handles address collection by spreadsheet, so you do not enter two hundred addresses by hand.
How do I delete my account and everything in it?
Ask from Account settings or write to support@aimscraft.com from the registered address. Profile data, addresses, wishlist and saved payment tokens are erased within 30 days. Invoices are kept for eight years because Indian tax law requires it, and they are stored separately from anything that identifies your browsing.
