Questions that come up right after ordering

When do I get a tracking number?
The AWB number is generated when the courier scans the parcel out of our Srinagar hub, which is usually the evening after the order is packed. It arrives by email and SMS, and it also appears on the order page. Until then the status reads Packed, and there is nothing to track because the parcel has not moved yet.
Where is the GST invoice for this order?
A GST invoice under GSTIN 01ABCDE1234F1Z5 is issued the moment the order is confirmed, emailed with the confirmation and always available from the order page. The Download invoice button on this page opens the same PDF.
Can I still cancel or change this order?
Yes, until the courier scan. Cancel from the order page or reply to the confirmation email and the full amount is reversed to the original payment method within three to five working days. After the parcel ships, cancellation becomes a return: refuse the delivery or raise a return within seven days of receiving it.
I paid by bank transfer. When is my order confirmed?
As soon as the money shows in our account, usually within a few hours of an IMPS or UPI payment and by the next working day for NEFT. Sending us the UTR from this page helps us match it faster. You get an email the moment the order is confirmed, with the GST invoice attached.
Do I need an account to track my order?
No. Enter the order number and the email you checked out with on the track order page and you will see the same timeline. An account is faster because it keeps every order, address and invoice in one place, and it lets you reorder the same shirt in the same size in two taps instead of searching for it again.
How is the parcel packed?
Every garment is pressed, checked at the seams and folded into acid-free tissue on the day of dispatch, then boxed in a rigid outer carton with the pack slip on top. Knitwear and overcoats go in with a paper band rather than a plastic sleeve, so the wool can breathe. Nothing is vacuum-packed, because a crease set under pressure is slow to hang out.
